Dear Groundswell supporters,

As discussed at our last meeting,  to finish the year off, instead of another steering group meeting, we have organised a special free workshop targeting local NGO‘s, community groups and community leaders to explore the topic of leadership during times of urban renewal.

This is an important topic as we wrestle with our individual roles, as a coalition, as individual agencies, as local residents, and/or community group’s members during the urban renewal of Redfern, Waterloo and surrounds.

Robbie Macpherson MA: Head of Social Leadership Australia 

Robbie began his career in the corporate sector, moving to the non-profit sector in 1995 to manage youth mentoring programs, before joining Social Leadership Australia. His leadership work involves designing and delivering innovative programs in the government, corporate, community and youth sectors. Robbie also works as an executive coach.
