DESCRIPTION:This is an opportunity to comment on the proposed master p
 lan for the Waterloo Metro Quarter before it is finalised and submitte
 d for formal exhibition. The Metro Quarter will be integrated with the
  new Waterloo Sydney Metro Station and will encompass a new Metro Stat
 ion and over station development\, including new homes (including soci
 al and affordable housing)\, shops\, community health services / commu
 nity services and a new public / community plaza (concept only image) 
 with an adjoining community building. The Metro Quarter Precinct is bo
 unded by Botany Road\, Cope Street\, Raglan and Wellington Street. The
  Metro Quarter will be delivered ahead of the wider Waterloo Estate re
 development and aims to be completed by 2022 before the trains are exp
 ected in 2024.
