Frasers Broadway community information display and site tours - Wednesday 26 and Saturday 29 September 2007

Frasers Property, the new owners of the ‘old Kent Brewery’ site on Broadway would like to extend an opportunity to the community to meet them and to see the proposed plans for the site reports a statement from Elton Consulting who are handling community engagement for Frasers.

When:

  • Wednesday 26 September, 5-7pm – meet Frasers Property and see the information display
  • Saturday 29 September, anytime between 11am-3pm – take a site tour, meet Frasers Property and see the information display

Where: Carlton United Brewery Gate on Broadway, near the Clare Hotel

At the sessions, you will have the chance to meet the new owners, Frasers Property, gain an insight into the approved concept plan and provide input into the detailed design for this important site.

Guided site tours will also be occurring on the Saturday, which will include briefings on the concept plan and a walk through some of the key features of the site.

Frasers’ approach to consultation

Frasers is adopting a consultative approach to help guide elements of the approved concept plan to ensure that this site has an identity that caters to the existing and new community. We encourage your input and will be listening carefully to all ideas concerning the future plans for this site. We have engaged Elton Consulting to undertake a range of consultation activities, including the site tour and information sessions.
