<description>For the last two years, the Waterloo NAB has being piloting a new framework of engagement; this was achieved through the establishment of four thematic Action Groups.

The time has come to review the progress of this new framework and celebrate the successes, and look at the lessons learnt and plan together for the framework which will take us through the next two years.
So we invite all Residents and Agencies to come along and hear the reports of the action groups and help us to set the vision for the coming two years.
