REDWatch Meeting on Sunday 28th November

REDWatch has its monthly meeting on Sunday at 2pm at the Redfern Community Centre. There will be an opportunity to get the latest information on what the Government is planning for Redfern Waterloo and about the Redfern Waterloo Authority 2004 Bill which will go to the Legislative Council on 7th December.

REDWatch then plan to look at what amendments should be put up to the Legislation in the Upper House and to plan for their meetings with Frank Sartor and the State Opposition next week. All residents and friends of Redfern Waterloo are welcome to attend.

REDWatch had invited Minister Sartor and RWPP Project Director Ramsey to attend this Sunday’s meeting however they are now unable to attend. This follows two previous meetings that had been set with Mr Ramsey which he has had to cancel. REDWatch will continue to try and organize a meeting with Minister Sartor and Mister Ramsey so that residents and friends of Redfern Waterloo can also be briefed about developments in the area and not just those the government wants to talk to.
