Inner Sydney Regional Council will be holding its 2009 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday December 8th from 11.30am to 3.00pm at Alexandria Town Hall, 73 Garden St, Alexandria. Following the AGM, there will be an End of Year/Christmas Lunch – plus some “entertainment” to farewell 2009.

Feedback on RSL Development by 10th June 2009

The Developer of the Redfern RSL site at 157 REDFERN STREET is Proposing a Mixed Use Development on the site (including a new 1 st Floor RSL Club) in a 18 storey building. Prior to submitting plans to the Department of Planning they are holding two Community Information sessions on 3rd June. The main session is at 7pm at Redfern Town Hall but there will also be a session at 4pm on the Block at the Redfern Community Centre.

North Eveleigh Parks - Invitation to Contribute to Design, 24 November 2012

The SMDA has commenced the process for designing two parks at the western end of the North Eveleigh site. In accordance with the North Eveleigh Concept Plan, an application for the development of the parks must be submitted. This must occur prior or concurrently with the first application for new floor space. A private consultancy firm has been appointed to progress the design and submit this development application. The SMDA will seek to ensure that the community’s interests are incorporated in the design and will be undertaking consultation with the community and stakeholders.
