The State Government set up the RWA in 2005 and Minister Keneally has announced it will be wound up by 2011-12. What remains to be done over the next three years? What is the RWA exit strategy? What benefits will the community have in 2012 from this Government Intervention? Will outstanding community and Human Services concerns be addressed in the remaining years? Can the outstanding issues be addressed in partnership with the community or will it be more of Government knows best?
