Green Square Community Centre Opening - 2.30pm Friday 3 December 2010
Join Council for a free barbecue, children’s activities including face painting and storytime, live music and a first look inside thr new Green Square new community centre. There’ll be a bike maintenance tent, sustainability and library stalls, and a plant giveaway.

The new Green Square Community Centre, including a Library Link and Customer Service Centre, brings a range of local services and activities to Green Square and Southern Sydney residents.
At the centre, we will provide a full range of Council services including dog and cat registration, DA lodgement, parking permits, the complete City of Sydney Library catalogue including DVDs and toys, a collection of books and free internet and computer access.
Get ready for workshops on everything from solar panels to balcony gardens as well as author talks, a weekly children’s storytime and the new Live Green program launching in Green Square.
