The NSW Department of Planning and
Infrastructure has placed the University of Sydney Campus Improvement Program
(CIP) 2014-2020 on public exhibition from Thursday 30 January until Friday 28

This plan covers many developments proposed by the University between now and 2020 on the Darlinton and main campuses.
An exhibition of the major images contained in the document is on display in the Foyer of the Services Building G12, 22 Codrington Street, Darlington for the duration of the exhibition period. The Development Application, Environmental Impact Statement and other accompanying documents are located in the Foyer of the Services Building G12, 22 Codrington Street, Darlington and available for viewing by the general public during business hours (8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday – Friday) and when the Community Information Drop In Sessions are in operation.

The University of Sydney has lodged a proposal with the NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure that aims to improve the cultural, recreational, research and educational needs of our students, staff and the wider community.
WHAT IS THE CAMPUS IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM?
The Campus Improvement Program (CIP) provides a seven‑year plan for the construction of new buildings, infrastructure and accessible public domains for our Camperdown/Darlington Campus.
CONSULTATION
Our proposal was prepared after extensive consultation with relevant state and local government authorities, and the University’s faculties, schools and professional services. We invite you to review and provide your feedback on the proposal.

The CIP proposal has been lodged as a State Significant Development application with the NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure, which has placed the document on exhibition for public comment from 30 January to 28 February 2014.
To view and comment on the application online, visit www.majorprojects.planning.nsw.gov.au and search for projects that are currently on public exhibition.
We have also printed copies for public viewing. These can be found in the foyer of the Services Building G12, 22 Codrington Street, Darlington.
COMMUNITY INFORMATION DROP‑IN SESSIONS
We will be holding community information drop-in sessions where you can speak with the team who developed the Campus Improvement Program.
