Instead REDWatch is throwing its support behind a Questions about Drugs forum at Redfern Town Hall (upstairs) which will be held on the REDWatch meeting night at 6pm Thursday November 6th. If you have concerns about people you know, or you would like information about drug use or local services… Come along! See details below:

The forum is being organised by the local Community Drug Action Team (CDAT). It will deal with questions such as:
• How can drug use affect people?
• Where can I get help or advice?
• What do I do if I see needles?
• What should I say if my child asks about drugs?
Speakers include:
• Brian Francis, Stimulant Treatment Program expert
• Nicky Bath, NSW Users and AIDS Association (NUAA)
• William Wood, Medically Supervised Injecting Centre
• Emma Barrett PhD, trialling integrated responses to youth with experiences of substance abuse
