REDWatch Election BBQ – 6pm Thursday March 5th Redfern Park
This election we are trying something different we are doing a combined BBQ for Heffron & Newtown seat candidates so that locals have the opportunities to meet the candidates in a more informal atmosphere. We will introduce them and they will get a chance to say something briefly but it mainly an opportunity for you to talk to them about your concerns. We will supply some sausages and some bread but feel free to bring along your own picnic and join the fun.
This BBQ is in place of the usual monthly REDWatch meeting. In case of rain we will move to the Factory Community Centre 67 Raglan Street Waterloo.
REDWatch is supporting a Heffron Candidates forum being organisaed by the Alexandria Residents Action Group with Friends of Erskineville on Wednesday 11th March at 7pm at Alexandria Town Hall.
