Homes NSW presents on North Eveleigh Clothing Store Precinct
On Thursday 5th September at 6pm Homes NSW will discuss the future of the North Eveleigh Clothing Store Precinct. Homes NSW is taking over responsibility for the development of housing on this precinct to deliver around 500 homes, half of which would be social and affordable housing.

The controls for the site are still those of the 2008 Concept Plan. The only work undertaken since then was an access road different to the concept plan and building of the City West Platform Apartments.
