Getting in to Advocacy and Activism
Inner Sydney Regional Council will be running a Getting in to Advocacy and Activism workshop for social housing tenants in August 12th. The workshop will be free to tenants.
The workshop is designed to enable participates to identify issues, to address and develop a plan to actively advocate for individuals and groups within organised (government & non-government) systems and to gain skills to effectively develop a work plan for advocacy and take responsibility for change in their lives and community.
