‘Introduction to Facilitative Leadership’
by REDWatch, last updated: Mar 17, 2011 05:51 PM
In this one-day workshop you will learn skills for leading groups and events that elicit everyone’s participation and reach trustworthy and agreed results. The morning’s focus is on leading through asking good questions that enable you to get everyone on board and find common conclusions in the midst of valuable differences. In the afternoon you will experience and try out five clear steps for leading action oriented workshops, useful for small and large groups. The content of the course comes from you, the participants. The methods give you clear guidance for using them for different tasks and settings, such as one-on-one interactions, designing, planning and evaluating projects, with your own teams or other organisations.

Frost Presentation on Brand Development
by REDWatch, last updated: Mar 15, 2011 05:11 PM
This is a presentation given by design company Frost on 27 July 2010 to a group of local people who had previously met with Frost to help identify some of the characteristics of the local area. This was after the desk research and meetings with local people and after the survey of 300 people within a 10km radius. All this fed into Frost’s identification of the brand values and the core brand idea of Welcoming Spirit before they developed the Redfern smile logo. We have made this presentation available as it shows the process that Frost went through to identify the underlying brand values. File is 1.1Mb PDF.

by REDWatch, last updated: Mar 08, 2011 11:59 AM
In February 2011 a peoples planning project was started using North Eveleigh as a case study. The North Eveleigh Propositional aims to upend the typical process of city-making. The Propositional does not aim to find one perfect design, rather it seeks an accumulation of ideas, polished or rough, wild or pragmatic, heart-warming or spine-chilling, a permanently evolving catalogue of potential North Eveleighs. Here REDWatch has collected some of the Propositional ideas. You can see more at www.propositional.net
