1-2-3 Magic & Emotion Training for Community Workers
SDN Children's Services and Connect Redfern have organised for Parentshop to provide free training for community workers. To help manage aged children 2-12.

This training licenses community workers to train parents in the 1-2-3 Magic and Emotion Coaching method. Each participant will leave with a comprehensive training manual and a personalised slide show presentation that they can use to teach parenting groups or to show to individuals.
What's included:
Participants will learn how to assist parents and carers:
- to help parents understand their own emotions and behaviours
- to help kids develop "frustration tolerance"
- to discipline without arguing, smacking or yelling
