REDWatch Note - Sydney University submitted a preliminary proposal to the Department of Planning in 2007 to obtain the Director's Generals Requirements (DGRs) for the redevelopment of the Abercrombie Precinct. This proposal and the DGRs can be found on the DoP under Project Application 07_0158. The latest proposals being developed by the University is for a part of the area covered by the DGR's. The University is looking for community input prior to finalising the plans they will submit for exhibition. Community consultation prior to the formal exhibition is welcomed by REDWatch and we encourage Darlington residents to make the most of this opportunity for feedback.
