PAC Abercrombie Precinct Approval Conditions

The Planning Assessment Commission (PAC) handed down its determination on the University of Sydney's Abercrombie Street Business School on 16 November 2012. The PAC made a number of changes to the Departments proposed conditions. The PAC conditions cover the entrance moving from Abercrombie Street and the conditions for the University is to prepare a Darlington Precinct Pedestrian and Bicycle Access Strategy by 30 June 2013 which is to identify works to the value of $2m to be completed prior to the occupation of the Business School.
