Draft Human Services Plan Phase Two comparison with Issues Papers

In October 2006 the RWA released the Draft of the Human Services Plan Phase Two for Redfern Waterloo. In this ritch text / word document (203KB) we have made a text comparison of the Issues Papers produced by the RWA in July 2006 with the Draft put out for consultation. The document shows deletions and additions in colour and provides a quick overview of the changes that were made as a result of submissions, the Human Services Forum and consideration by relevent government departments.
AHC HAS LODGED AN APPLICATION WITH THE DEPT OF PLANNING

Michael Mundine sent the following to all NSW Members of Parliament on 5th October 2006 to advise them that the AHC had lodged a Major Project Application with the Department of Planning in March 2006 despite Minister Sartor's evidence to a Buget Estimates hearing on 8th September 2006 indicating that no application had been lodged.

The following letter has been received by a number of people who wrote either to Minister Sartor or to The Premier regarding 3801, The Large Erecting Workshop and Railway Heritage. This letter was dated 13th September 2006.
Large Erecting Shed Assessment of Adequacy.

This PDF file contains the Apendix to the 3801 Ltd Submission on the RWA Draft BEP. The Attachment provides an Assessment of Adequacy - Structure and Electrical Services of the "Large". The report is important as it shows that the cost of maintainence necessary on the Large is around $3 million which is considerably less than the $12-15 million currently being quoted by the RWA and Railcorp. PDF file is a large 2.3 MB. Please Note - that while the 'Large' is owned by Railcorp this Assessment was commissioned by 3801 Ltd & paid for by 3801 Ltd. No help was received from RailCorp to produce this report on their property!
