Waterloo kids 'Good Dog Bad Dog' DVD selected for International Film Festival

12 students from Waterloo's Our Lady of Mt Carmel Primary School have made a DVD which has been selected for 'Little Big Shots', the largest film festival for kids in the Southern Hemisphere reports this news item from the Factory.

'Little Big Shots' will screen 87 of the most oustanding stories from 5 countries around the world before taking off on an Australia-wide touring roadshow.
 
The Waterloo DVD, called 'Good Dog Bad Dog', was made as part of  ten week program led by Community Artist, Claire Wildish, and which also produced an accompaming
Children's Picture Book.
 
The project was funded by the Lord Mayor Clover Moore's MP Salary Trust, and run as part of The Factory Community Centre's anti-bullying/cruelty to animals program.
 
'Little Big Shot' will be launched next week at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, Federation Square, Melbourne
Touning venues includeThe Studio, Sydney Opera House at 1.30pm Saturday Sept 20th and Sunday Sept 21st.

'Good Dog Bad Dog' will also be part of a local stories exhibition, opening in mid-July at Waterloo Library and supported by the City of Sydney Council.
