Winds of Change
A celebration of Col James's lifetime acheivements in social housing was held at Redfern Community Centre reports Central on 28 October 2009.
After retiring from his teaching position at Sydney University, Mr James received the Lifetime Membership Award from the Australasian Housing Institute.
A long partnership between Mr James (pictured second from left) and Mick Mundine (left) brought about change for the Aboriginal community in Redfern.
