Central Clarification Regarding Robert Domm, ICAC & RWA
The following appeared under the heading “Clarification” in the Central of 24 March 2010.
ON September 23, 2009 and September 30 2009, Sydney Central published articles concerning Robert Domm and the referral of anonymous allegations to the ICAC. Mr Domm advised and Sydney Central accepts that the ICAC did not itself investigate Mr Domm and the allegations, but rather the investigation was done by the Redfern Waterloo Authority which forwarded its investigation report to the ICAC. As previously reported, a key finding of that report was that there was no impropriety or misconduct by Mr Domm. To the extent that embarrassment was caused to Mr Domm it is regretted.
