These Major Issues were presented to the December 3 2003 Community Forum after consideration by the RWPP Community Council which added the wording "no reduction in public housing".

2. CREATION OF PEDESTRIAN & BICYCLE LINKAGES ACROSS RAIL LINES

  • ATP and Nth Eveleigh
  • Station Concourse

3. PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING

  • NO REDUCTION IN PUBLIC HOUSING

4. COMMUNITY TRANSPORT

5. REVITALISED TOWN CENTRE

6. ENHANCED PUBLIC DOMAIN

  • Streets
  • Open Space
  • Heritage

7. INREASE LOCAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

8. DEVELOP THE AREA AS A CULTURAL PRECINCT

9. REDUCE IMPACT OF REGIONAL TRAFFIC
