Event Waterloo Green Landscape Plan (Waterloo Green, from Aug 15, 2008 03:00 PM to Aug 15, 2008 05:00 PM)
The landscape plan has been developed in partnership with the community for the community. This will be your last opportunity to view the proposals and provide any feedback. The proposed upgrades will make Waterloo Green an even better community space for every resident to enjoy. Come and view the landscape plans, enjoy a free BBQ and meet your neighbours. In the event of wet weather the BBQ will be held at 3pm, Friday 22 August.

Carmel Tebbutt will be available on Tuesday 12 August 2008 at Darlington Public School (school hall), Golden Grove St, Darlington between 5.45pm and 6.45pm to respond to any State issues you may wish to raise with her.

Event Belfour Street Park Design Consultation (64 Pine Street Chippendale, from Aug 07, 2008 06:00 PM to Aug 07, 2008 07:00 PM)
Council endorsed the permanent closure of Balfour Street, between O'Connor and Wellington Streets, in February, removing through-traffic and providing much-needed open space in Chippendale. The park will integrate with open space in the CUB site redevelopment, ensuring it shares the character of the area and links with key features, such as bicycle networks.
Event City of Sydney Community Forum & Redfern and Regent Street Upgrade Workshop (Redfern Town Hall, from Nov 21, 2005 06:00 PM to Nov 21, 2005 09:30 PM)
The City of Sydney Community Forum for Redfern, Waterloo and Darlington will host the next Redfern and Regent Streets Upgrade Workshop. From 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm you can come and meet council officers and councilors and raise your general council concerns with them directly. At 7pm there will be a presentation by the Lord Mayor, followed from 7.30 to 9.00pm by a Redfern and Regents Streets Upgrade Workshop. For those that could not attend the last meeting about the upgrades we have provided a brief overview of what is planned at the bottom of this email. The presentation slides from the last presentation on the Redfern and Regent Street Upgrades can be found on the CoS site as a 1.9 MB PDF file.
Event REDWatch Meeting 2pm Sunday 27th November (The Factory, 67 Raglan Street Waterloo, from Nov 27, 2005 02:00 PM to Nov 27, 2005 04:00 PM)
From 2pm. The Focus for the November REDWatch meeting will be on the Redfern Waterloo Plan / Built Environment. The RWA is still talking about having the Draft Redfern Waterloo Plan out before the end of the year and there is interest in discussing the RWA announcement that Public Housing will be included in Stage Two of the Redfern Waterloo Plan, as well as the recent announcement to sell the Redfern School.
