Carrigeworks Way and other key precinct roads will remain in TfNSW’s ownership. This transfer will enable Homes NSW to progress plans for delivering new housing and community outcomes on three blocks on the site. Development will occur in stages, with the first stage anticipated to deliver new social housing on land behind the existing affordable housing, The Platform Apartments, adjacent to the railway corridor and Carriageworks.
