2010 HNSW Statements
These statements were issued by HNSW about Redfern Waterloo and their planning for the Redfern and Waterloo estates in 2010.

HNSW Master Planning Approach Chart - June 2010
- This is the chart that formed part of the HNSW Newsletters to Redfern and Waterloo tenants on 28 June 2010 explaining how the Federally funded Master Planning Process is expected to work alongside the RWA's proposed Built Environment Plan Phase 2 (BEP2).
- Commonwealth funds to plan renewal in Redfern and Waterloo - HNSW Update June 2010
- Housing NSW have rleased an explanation of how the Federally funded Master Planning Process for Redfern and Waterloo will work alongside the RWA BEP2. The explanation is contained in Newsletters distributed to Redfern and Waterloo public housing tenants on 29 June 2010. The text below is accompanied by a chart which REDWatch has linked to at the foot of this article.

- In early September Housing NSW released separate August 2010 Updates on HNSW activities in Redfern and Waterloo. Both Updates contained the article on HNSW's pre-development baseline survey titled "Community Survey - a chance to win". The Updates also contained details of the new Housing Teams servicing each area and other information specific to the area.

- HNSW - What the Community told us during 2009-10 in Redfern & Waterloo
- During 2009 and 2010, Bernie Coates (HNSW) and Bruce Judd (UNSW) lead consultations with 45 key stakeholders in the Redfern and Waterloo areas to find out what people think about renewal and regeneration and how the community can best be engaged in the renewal process. Below is the Report on Key Stakeholders Consultation compiled by HNSW and supplied on 18 November 2010.

- HNSW Redfern and Waterloo Renewal - Areas of Responsibility - 7 Oct 2010
- Housing NSW released the following list showing the areas of responsibility of various people associated with the HNSW Redfern and Waterloo Renewal / Preliminary Masterplan at a workshop on 7 October 2010. HNSW have undertaken to update details on the list as changes take place so residents are aware of the roles played by various staff and advisors involved with the project. The release of the list follows a request by REDWatch.
