This presentation covers content shared with both Service Providers in February and public housing tenants as part of the Waterloo Redevelopment Group in February and March 2026. It provides an overview of some of the key things Stockland heard during its pre-lodgement consultation on the Concept Plan. It also provides an excellent foreshadowing of what is expected to happen regarding planning for the redevelopment for the remainder of 2026.
