Metro Quarter Draft Master Plan Exhibition - 30th May until 20 June 2018

This is an opportunity to comment on the proposed master plan for the Waterloo Metro Quarter before it is finalised and submitted for formal exhibition. The Metro Quarter will be integrated with the new Waterloo Sydney Metro Station and will encompass a new Metro Station and over station development, including new homes (including social and affordable housing), shops, community health services / community services and a new public / community plaza (concept only image) with an adjoining community building. The Metro Quarter Precinct is bounded by Botany Road, Cope Street, Raglan and Wellington Street. The Metro Quarter will be delivered ahead of the wider Waterloo Estate redevelopment and aims to be completed by 2022 before the trains are expected in 2024.
