ATP Sale - Easement for Access, Oval and Tennis courts
The final sale of the ATP to the Mirvac lead consortium included positive covenants to try and protect heritage and public access. Two easements for public access and a possible bridge over the rail corridor were included. This followed pressure from a number of parties including REDWatch. This is a copy of the signed Easement for public access to the ATP, the oval and tennis courts. The City of Sydney took responsibility as the 'Authority' for this easement on 19 February 2018.
