ATP Sale - Transfer Granting Easement on Rail Corridor Crossing

The final sale of the ATP to the Mirvac lead consortium included positive covenants to try and protect heritage and public access. Two easements for public access and a possible bridge over the rail corridor were included. This followed pressure from a number of parties including REDWatch. This is a copy of the Easement for the Rail Corridor Crossing.
