Pemulwuy Project 2017 Modifications
In January 2017 the Aboriginal Housing Company received the requirements from the Department of planning for amending their approval to increase the maximum height of the student housing component of the Pemulwuy Project from a maximum 6 stories to a maximum 16 stories to make the project self funding. - AHC Pemulwuy Project Student Housing Proposed Changes
- The Aboriginal Housing Company (AHC) has submitted revised plans to the Department of Planning and received the Department’s requirements for changes to the Student Housing element of the already approved Pemulwuy Project. - COMMISSION APPROVES HIGH-RISE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION FOR “THE BLOCK”
- The Independent Planning Commission has approved the Pemulwuy Project proposal for a 24 storey student housing building along the railway line adjacent to the already approved Pemulwuy Project 62 Affordable Housing units on The Block in Redfern. The approval means that the Aboriginal Housing Company can now self fund their Affordable Housing development.
