Urbanest Student Housing - 157-163 Cleveland St
This site has had a number of proposals floated for it. Most recently Urbanest has submitted to the Department of Planning & Infrastructure in late 2011 a plan for student accommodation. - A Major Project Application has been lodged with the Department of Planning for a mixed commercial & residential development at Nos.159 - 163 Cleveland Street (corner Hart Street) Redfern. The details of the Department of Planning listing is given below.
- Student Accommodation for 157 Cleveland Street
- A proposal for student accommodation at 157 Cleveland Street has seen student accommodation provider urbanest commenced door-knocking and letter boxing (of the letter below) for the 157 Cleveland St project on 30 August 2011. This lead up to a community meeting on Saturday 17 September 2011 in the Redfern Community Centre at 9.30am. The plans being considered are on the urbanest website at the link at the bottom of this item.
