Location:           Former Blacksmiths’ Workshop Wilson Street, North Eveleigh (Darlington)

Proposal:         

Renotification of adaptive re-use of the former Blacksmiths’ Workshop for a multi-use facility, being markets with 109 stalls, arts uses and a carpark for 51 vehicles. The proposal also includes alterations and remediation to accommodate the change of use.

Amendment to the development application seeks to alter the proposed trading hours of the multi use facility.
