Pemulwuy Preferred Project Comment Period - Until 21 Sept 2012

Subject: Response to Submissions and Preferred Project Report for Pemulwuy Mixed Use Development The Block Redfern (MP11_0093 and MP06_0101 MOD 1)

The Department of Planning and Infrastructure has received a Preferred Project Report (PPR) from Deicorp Pty on behalf of the Aboriginal Housing Corporation in response to the submissions raised following exhibition of the Environmental Assessment for the above Major Project. A copy of the PPR may be viewed online by going to the Department of Planning and Infrastructure's Major Projects website at http://majorprojects.planning.nsw.gov.au/index.pl?action=view_job&job_id=4889.

If you wish to make a submission on the PPR, it must be received by Friday 21 September 2012. Submissions should be

• Faxed to (02) 9228 6455;
• Posted to Major Projects Assessment, Department of Planning & Infrastructure, GPO Box 39, Sydney NSW 2001; or
• Emailed to plan_comment@planning.nsw.gov.au  or via the entry for the project on the Department's website (http://majorproiects.planning.nsw.gov.au).

Persons lodging submissions are required to declare reportable political donations (including donations of $1000 or more) made in the previous two years. For more details, including a disclosure form, go to www.planning.nsw.gov.au/donations.

It is Departmental policy to make your submission available on the Department’s website. If you do not want your name to be made available on the Department's website, please clearly state this in your submission.
