The RWA Built Environment Plan and SEPP

This section of the site contain materials which covers the total RWA state significant area from the Draft RWA Built Environment Plan and the Draft SEPP through to the final Built Environment Plan and SEPP. A text version of the RWA Built Environment Plan with links to individual copies of the maps and tables is in this section.

RWA Draft Built Environment Plan February 2006: This section contains the text of the Draft RWA Built Environment Plan with links to stand alone PDF files of the Maps and other illustrations found in the Draft Plan. We have also included the text of the accompany SEPP amendment.
REDWatch comments on the RWA Draft Built Environment Plan: This section contains some comments by REDWatch on the RWA BEP.
Submissions on the RWA BEP: This section contains copies of submissions made by various organisations and individuals about the RWA's Draft BEP in March / April 2006.

BUILT ENVIRONMENT PLAN - REPORT ON AMENDMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS: This report on the changes made between the Draft Built Environment Plan and the Final Plan was released on 28 August 2006 along with the final plan.

The RWA Built Environment Plan Stage 1 and SEPP - Associated Material: This section of the site contain materials associated with the release of the RWA Built Environment Plan (Stage 1) and associated SEPP.
RWA Fact Sheets released with the BEP: The RWA released a number of Fact Sheets with the Built Environment Plan on 30 August 2006 to either explain or make complimentary anouncewments.
