Major Project Application - Modification of concept plan approval for Carlton United Brewery (CUB) Site, Broadway MP 06_0171 MOD 1
Following purchase of the Broadway site Frasers Broadway Pty Ltd applied to modify the Concept Plan approved earlier by the Minister of Planning to clarify some aspects of the approval. The changes were not publically exhibited ands the Minister issued the Modifications detailed in the approval below.
Major Project Application - Fraser's Broadway (Formerly CUB Site) - Demolition Works MP 07_0120 - Exhibition Closes 14 December 2007.
On 15th August Frasers Broadway submitted a Preliminary Assessment for Demolition Works at Frasers Broadway. The Director Generals Requirements were issued on 3rd October 2007. The Frasers Environmental Assessment went on Exhibition on 15 November 2007 with a closing date of 14 December 2007.
Frasers Broadway CUB Site community information sessions on web
Frasers Property held two community information sessions and a round of site tours on Wednesday 26th and Saturday 29th September, attending by about 170 local residents and others interested in the Frasers Broadway redevelopment. The information panels are now available on the web.
CUB Owners Seek Consent for Park Works
Carlton and United Breweries (CUB) site owners, Frasers Broadway, aim to complete the site's 5000 square metre public park ahead of the schedule, and have lodged an application with the Department of Planning to begin demolition and recycling works reports CLOVER'S eNEWS of Friday 26 October 2007.

The Combined Chippendale Community Groups have asked that their response to the Elton Consulting Social Context Report v1 which is posted on the Frasers Broadway website be also made available to the community. The CCCG letter contains some useful statistics about Chippendale Issues. 351 KB PDF.
Frasers Broadway - CCCG Update 17 March 2008
The following New Alert on Frasers Broadway Development was issued by the Combined Chippendale Community Groups on 17th March 2008. The update reports on a meeting between some residents and Frasers over proposed changes to what Frasers propose for the former CUB site.
